The Circutor SEC72 FA 60/5A (code M105YA) is an exchangeable dial scale for the EC72 FA moving iron ammeter. This thin scale plate slots into the 72 72 mm instrument body and delivers a clear 60/5 A measurement range, allowing the ammeter to be re-ranged or refurbished without replacing the entire instrument.

Technical specifications:

• Model: SEC72 FA 60/5A
• Circutor code: M105YA
• EAN: 8433059004750
• Full scale: 60/5 A
• Compatible device: EC72 FA
• Panel module: 72 72 mm
• Scale dimensions: 60 60 1 mm
• Weight: 0.004 kg

Features and benefits:

• Exchangeable scale format lets you swap the dial face without removing or replacing the ammeter body, reducing panel downtime.
• 60/5 A range is matched to standard 5 A secondary current transformers, covering common panel board and substation current monitoring arrangements.
• Slim 1 mm plate with 60 60 mm footprint integrates precisely into the EC72 FA 72 72 mm panel mount without modification.
• At 0.004 kg, the scale adds negligible mechanical load to the instrument, preserving the factory movement calibration.
• Part of the SEC-FA range spanning 50/5 A to 5000/5 A across 72 72 mm and 96 96 mm formats, enabling a consistent instrument family across multiple CT ratios in one installation.

Applications:

• Replacing worn, damaged, or illegible scale inserts on EC72 FA ammeters in live distribution panels.
• Re-ranging an existing EC72 FA instrument after a current transformer ratio change following a load upgrade.
• Stocking spare scales for rapid on-site swap-out in motor control centres and industrial switchgear.
• Electrical distribution boards where 5 A secondary CT-connected AC current measurement is the standard arrangement.
